How do I cancel an order on Ornivo Shop?
If unfortunately, you have to cancel an order, please do so before we ship the order. Simply email us at care@ornivo.shop with your order number mentioned in the subject line, along with your phone number. (Incomplete or emails with missing information won’t be entertained.) Once the product has been shipped, we cannot cancel it. We ship mostly on the same day or within 24 hours.
Return Policy
Return should be made within 3 days after receiving the product. Our Return policy lasts 3 days. If 3 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. In case you receive a broken product, kindly e-mail us the images of the broken product. Otherwise, we are sorry to inform you that we will not be able to provide an exchange/replacement. We accept the return of products which were shipped out by us and if the item is faulty due to an error on our end (e.g. wrong item). Item(s) must be returned together with proof of purchase. We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or wrong items. To complete your return or exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.Note: There is no refund on Cash on Delivery (COD); you are only eligible for exchange with another product of the same price or higher price. We also give you credits which you can use within the next 6 months.
Requirements for Returns:
- Must include a valid original purchase order number from Ornivo Shop purchases.
- All returned products should be in the original packaging without any missing or damaged parts.
- If the product is used or has scratches, the same cannot be accepted for return.
- Return shipping will be at the buyer’s cost.
- Shipping and Handling fees are non-refundable for both ways.
- Refund will be credited within 7 – 10 business days to the original payment method after the items are received.
- We recommend adding a tracking number or delivery confirmation with your shipment to ensure your return is received (highly recommended for all returns).
- If you are not satisfied with the product quality, you can only exchange your product with another product of the same price. We don’t have a refund policy in this case as our products are tested by our Quality Assurance team.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular-priced items may be refunded; unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company — it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at care@ornivo.shop.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We accept damage, exchange, and replacement products within 3 business days. Your replacement and exchange products will be delivered in 5 to 7 business days.
Shipping
To return your product, kindly drop a mail at care@ornivo.shop. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund (for both sides, including COD charges if applicable). Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. If you are shipping an item over ₹1000, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
